i was training for amarathon with that group, as were most of the real prose on the team. When we did marathon pace workouts, it would be like, a fairly high volume of work at that somewhat aggressive pa. And then other days would be much more intense than that. i practically did not ever do the same work out twice during the 13 weeks i was there.
