OSHA's Power to Regulate Workplace Health and Safety

Congress gave osha very broad authority to regulate work place health and safety. That power has been whittled away over the ears, both by rules imposed on the agent and by just not funding it enough. The agency was developing regulations on masking testing and paid quarantine and isolation last year. But those re regulations, we never saw them. They were never promulgated.
