The Importance of Humility in Leadership

I think that we begin to see the first evidences of narcissism in defensiveness. And so where we find more defensiveness, we'll see an elevation of narcissism. But people like you and me who fumble and stumble our way through leadership at times and who are willing to be self aware is probably some evidence of humility.
