Is There a Distraction in Your Pet?
We have to really, really pay close attention for tiny signals from the animal that a distraction is not appropriate. As we said, there are many animals who are tolerant to handling and they are tolerant to care and it's not actually scary for them. Like all we have to do is maintain the okay feeling. We aren't trying to reverse negative feelings. We aren’t trying to reverse fear. All we need to do is have you continue to not care and maybe like it.
