Using the Vm in a VM, Is It a Smart Contract?
When you say going above the language, do you mean like the smart contracts being deployed on the v m? Yes. That just uses the v m as as a subrutine. And then it's the job of the the validar sophoere, or the runtime, whatever you'd like to call it, to take that in and figure out, can i commit this in parallel?
