I Don't Have the Answers, but I Can Find Them
i used to hate admitting that i didn't have the answers, because i wanted to be viewed as the expert. But after some time, it felt right to be more transparent. Before long, i had a new mentality, and it was that i'll figure it out. Through trial and error and networking, i managed to solve any problem that i face. If ididn't have the answer, i would go find someone within the building or on slack who could help me. And then i began to practise this a bit more.
