We could do a whole podcast just on subject lines. The principle is the same, though you you might use o different strategies once you're in the document,. But the principle is that i am thinking about my reader. I am anticipating my reader's questions and m creating content or a document that suits my reader's needs. And people don't take enough time to understand that.
