I'm pro for this because I've been going to Excel for years, it's a lot for different conventions and that. And the mills has just stood there derelict the whole time,. So pretty much our whole life. The restoration of the heritage building in particular is really nice. But you can't help thinking you're not that close to cross rail or Elizabeth line. Not that close to the DLR. You've got a flight path literally around top of you and it's a bit of a price. It'd be a shame if people were forced out because of high prices. That's just, I guess- Do you know what though? See, development.
