How to Play Baseball in Mexico City

Mexico City is thousands of feet higher than Coors Field. MLB's hand stitching, baseball process and the fact that they can't seem to get their act together could be an issue for Mexico City. If there were a team there full time I don't know that any pitchers would want to play there. There are a lot of Mexican league parks that are at a high elevation, not this high Right But still higher than anywhere else in MLB.
