I'llno paced en charman for 24 miles in the mountains at leadville y. He was having a little bit of a tough day, but i i still felt off ortlake. So when i came back and got tested, i was still like 33 or 34 on my fareton levels. These are corrections you need to begin making interdiet. It caun be something as simple as a few days off, or let's do a week of cross training. But stay ahead of the problem, because once you dig yourself a hole, it is really difficult to get out of that hole good.
