How to Score Multiple Choice Questions
If the exam is on paper, be aggressive about underlining and putting a big box around various bits of the question to kind of pull it apart. You can't really do that so well on a screen. I would also say when it comes to the answer options, a really good tip generally for multiple choice - where you've got the sort of single best answer. And you might have multiple answers that are actually correct, but you're looking for the they're going to most correct.
