The New Race of Aliens
The titular story explores some of the most complex philosophy of science ideas I've ever seen in a novel. The main character encounters this new race of aliens that has a completely different approach to language and physics. This is actually what brought some philosophers of science to endorse a view called anti-realism. It's just as good as any dramatic series I've seen over the years with engaging characters, you know, interesting stories and all that sort of stuff. But it offers so many launching points for discussion of all sorts.
