John, John, tell us what you think about this young Kyle and his approach to getting his domain name. I can't fault Kyle for being human; there's lots of TLDs now that he can get a trademark. Sometimes it is a waiting game as most people are in the UDRP,. dispute mechanism that is inherent in GTLD contracts. You have to show that the domain name was registered in bad faith which means that there had been a trademark against it at the time they were registered.
