When it went from water to agile, or o waterfall to something better, right? So many projects used to say, what we're re gon t do as we're going to build it until were gong to work on for six months. And then maybe it drags on and it goes over budget and gets canceled. There's all these kinds of problems trying to build softer that way. It doesn't surprise me that there would be lots of advantages to trying to apply that same sort of iterative thinking.
