The 7600 is like five to 10% stronger than a 6650XC with the same amount of compute units. Phoenix and Navi 33 maybe seem a little better than Navi 31 relatively speaking, but not much. The Zen 4C cores will use the same ISA as AMD's regular Zen 4 architecture,. making both sets of architectures fully ISA compatible and with the same IPC; one of them functions with a denser design.
