facebook has gone from something like venty million users to two point two billionto ta count by would say it's about 30 floors. They've gone from 12 folks sitting in a room deciding what to take down or leave up to somewhere around 16 thousand people. So there's a floor in this building where case book supposedly out sources content moderators. And so around 20 ten, they decided to start outsorcing some of this work to places like manila and bilding dublin. We're not even necessarily trying to be 100 % just or fair. We're just trying to make something that works.
