Jungar's Storm of Steel, a Novel by Ernst Jungar
Ernst Jungar was a fascinating figure who lived 202 and spanned all the topics you could possibly want. He first came to attention with Storm of Steel, his diary about fighting in the First World War. Hitler became a big fan which would then prove instrumental later when Jungar wrote this book,. It is sometimes billed as a roma a clay against the rise of the Nazis. But as you will see if you read it or do read it, it is a very slippery book that takes aim at quite a few.
