The goal with all of this has been to get things out of my brain and into other people's brains so that I can, you know, remove myself from parts of the business. The secret is that you really can't delegate if all of your trade secrets are in your head. So when I got these freelancers dialed in, I figured out the volume game and how to manage them by coaching the gap. It was like the final unlock in my agency. And yeah, that has been absolutely game changing for working with freelancers.
