As a millennial, we get that kind of entitled sort of frame. We want everything to go the way that we want, but we're not owning it. And I believe that because of this, you can already notice a pattern that I think boomers and millennials are very much shadows of each other. "We were very good at following the orders, but the orders didn't lead us anywhere," he says.
