What Happened to the Young Lad?

In restorative culture, it is still high accountability, but and high boundaries. But there's also high care and support for the young lad who paid every penny of that 75 pounds to get a job in a local chip shop. The cost of going down a punitive route would have been hundreds of thousands of pounds to the local economy. And if behaviour is learnt, then shouldn't we be putting in as much time into behaviour as we do to our academic subjects? i think paradime should shift from 'knowing eating' to 'co-constructing knowledge'
