The Interaction of Soft Shoes and Leg Stiffness Slash Impact Forces

When you run on your toes you tend to have a little less ankle stiffness and a little more knee stiffness so the knee stiffens up. And we also know that footwear and foot strike patterns sort of are fairly well into intertwined if you will. So there's a really nice interaction or ask to say nice nice is the wrong word. There's a really sort of confusing interaction with the strike pattern and shoes which also plays a role in study findings and interpretations in the literature.
