The Importance of Listening to God's Voice

Jesus says he's the good shepherd. And what does the good shepherd do for a sheep? He lays it at least down his life. That actually is how we're able to come before God and come before his presence is because the great shepherd lay down his life for a sheep. So that's exactly what Jesus means and says in John 10 when he says, I speak in my sheep, hear my voice. We're right in the middle of verse seven. We're about to make this shift.
