Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research at Lyft

Q: How do you usually work with qualitative researchers at Lyft? I know like when I started at Lyft you were like my research counterpart and still are my counterpart. And so, I think in the, in the group of people that quant researchers work with the Avengers right, one of the other people is the quantitative researcher. Q: So how does your team compare to others who have worked on this type of project for a long period of time before or since they've been hired by Lyft? A lot of times it's because we're all just trying to find out what our customers' experiences would be if there was some kind of change from an experience point of view.
