Oracle: A Better Cloud Play

I don't see any reason why Oracle can't work its way higher. The problem is I have other positions in my own portfolio that have almost doubled this year. And so in order to keep holding onto those, you have to take risk off somewhere else. You can't maintain full positions in stocks that have gone up 100% if you're not de-risking somewhere.
