The Ring Is a Helpful Symbol
The holy spirit sayssthe atonement is a total commitment. So we've got to bridge the gap from this impulsive puff of nothingness that's impulsive and doesn't even know what commitment is. The ring is such a helpful symbol, no beginning, no end. And so you can see where rings and andtemporary commitments would be used, building this commitment in. It still doesn't know what it's for. Obviously, a commitment to a partner doesn't automatically bring enlightenmentlik, ok. We've been married for 25 years, and i've borne ing now i want to be enlightened. I thought this would lead there somehow.
