"I don't really work a traditional schedule. I just get many maker schedule for three days where all my focus on that is what are the most important things for the company," he says. "Sometimes I work on Saturdays, sometimes I don't work on Fridays." He doesn't believe in this nine to five Monday through Friday thing and believes in doing the work that's needed when it's needed.
