The Career Ladder for Designers

I think that we should be even more specific in terms of what the actual ladder looks like so in my perspective there's this base of an envision of like a pyramid. If you're on the ground level the base then you probably are an apprentice. Then as we mentioned already earlier you probably will progress to being a senior UX designer or whatever your speciality will be. This is where things will get kind of more mature or challenging or trickier and from my perspective more beautiful. I would say that once you go into the management track if you choose that direction you won't be doing much design work it's going to be more about people.
