How to Rotate Your Teachers Around to Have Specialists Delivering Topics
I'm now trying to rotate my teachers around to try and have them as specialist as possible for the various topics. For example, today we've had year 11 having global learning and the four topics today. One group studying religious studies, one's doing the prevent agenda, one'sdoing CCE and one's doing mental health. And I think that's really important. It's something we've not done with always all taught it at the same time. But now I'm trying to make sure the specialist plans it and delivers it.
