What Doll We Do About All This?

Most games we play as a nation in the international arena, or as political parties in the domestic arena, have multiple equilibriu. They stick until you have an enormous destructive event, an icorous moment, that breaks this equilibrium and creates room for a dominant player to re establish the co operative regime - or not. What we are doing now is unilatoraly and intentionally breaking those equilibrium positions in both international and domestic games where all players are worse off. Why? Because it makes for an effective political cartoon. The bottom line here is that we all have to make some alienated decision as investors recognizing that we are being played.
