It's just not true. The rules are supposed to be in a rule book and they are just called as is on the ice. And it's called 100% of the time because they're down on the penalty meter. If that high sticking happens, which it did happen towards the end of the game, it doesn't get called. So there's a difference between when penalties are penalties and when they're not. Sometimes it matters and sometimes it does it because you can fracture your neck and not get a ball. Matthew Matthews was an animal on that shift. That's the best game he's played as a Toronto Maple league. Absolutely. What a fucking star.
