C B T and the Human Mind

When i was a mature student, i became obsessed with psychology. It allowed my norrow divergent brain to almost read the manual of what people are. By understanding those in myself, that made me better at empathy with other people. And then social interaction. Cause social interaction. Now it's not my comfort som but i can do it. I don't avoid it. I just don't do lods of it. and that's grand.
