McDonald's Cardi B and Offset Meal
McDonald's began promoting the Cardi B and offset meal as a limited time offering to coincide with Valentine's Day. Some of the owners have reportedly pushed their fellow franchisees, uh, to join them in removing ads and merchandise related to the campaign. The meal features a classic cheeseburger with barbecue sauce and a large coca,. racist just because they're black. McDonald's pushed back down their international, internal criticism noting the feedback it has received. It was unclear how many of more than 1000 franchisees were refusing to go along with the promotion.
