Push Pull Legs Four Times a Week, AB Rotation

Daniel Gandata wants to know if his push pull legs four times a week, AB rotation and switching only exercises only when needed approach is the right one. You could say in my book, it's three reps or less to failure. That's a work set. Anything that's explosive, power, speed work, you come nowhere near failure. But if you're just doing traditional strength training, dumbbell presses, rows, squats, whatever, you want to be within three reps of failure and that would count as a workSet.
