The Importance of Sleep

A recent paper shows that the hours before midnight are helpful for sleep. Hormones have their own biological clocks, timing of the hormones going up and down. Being a junior doctor is definitely not good for your hormones. People who have disrupted sleep get what's called circadian misalignment. And ultimately, for menopause actually, HRT will help a lot with that. But still you have to do all your sleep hygiene thing, there's even thing called sleep scheduling.
