If we were able to reach the Planck scale in a collider, that would tell us a lot. That would be a fantastic way to really dive into what are the experimental evidence that we'd have for any kind of theory of everything. But it's not entirely clear how we get there and how we would do that with any reasonable amount of time. And even if you did, you might just create a gigantic black hole.
