The minimum book tax is not particularly well designed. It's a way of trying to close some loopholes for some businesses without actually closing the loopholes, um. But it creates a lot of complexity and a compliance burden. And it's not, it's not great tax policy. There are a lot of better ways to raise revenue thee no shortage of better Ways to Raise Revenue.
