Food for Thought by Chainoua

Bassist Chainoua's Food for Thought dropped in January. The album was created after dealing with a battle of COVID and also through grieving the loss of her brother. She intersperses those verses with monologues from like a pastor that kind of offsets the heavy tones of the song. And she also produced bow tracks on how she's an artist and producer.
