If you're going to get to being a data driven culture, which is the definition of success for this role, you got to do it in a storytelling way that's relatable to your audience. Shareholders want to get profit of old dividends. The audit committee of the board doesn't want to be at risk of XYZ. Like figure out that and then you CDO will have the secret sauce for success.
