In France and Russia around the same time, aristocracy racks up a lot of debt. So they're in this financial situation where it may be transferring onarchy isanove. It's the opportunity for jubilee. There had been pressure put on the nobles to start paying taxes. And there were these bodies, right, the parliaments, which were judicial bodies, that were able to block louis motions to try and get this to happen. I mean, that's why the, the states general are called to begin with.
