When i first started, i was just full omnivor. I wanted to gravitate and let go of some habitual eating patterns that were deeply ingrained. The idea was, you can eat it once or twice a month, and probly won't have a big a, a impact on you. So i would eat meat every two weeks. It's also how i quit smoking cigartes. And then the other thing i would say is social pressure. Sometimes living in certain places, it can be very challenging because there are not a lot of options,. especially if you are not cooking for yourself all the time.
