How to Set Up a Regime of Deliberate Practice

People who are really motivated to improve their performance tend to do is that they pick out the best time of day for engaging in these training activities. I would argue that one of the key things that I find with people who are not successful is that they are almost often too impatient. What you should be doing is maybe set aside 15, 20 minutes each day to do something that is focused to improve you. As you are building up now more habits and routine, then you can kind of increase it.
