Seven Practices for Transforming Church Cultures to Tov

The first is power over. This is the way of Rome and Babylon. It's domination. And when a church is toxic many times there are dominating toxic powers at the top who are dominating with that power over other people. Now this is where it starts to get Christian. When we have power on the platform share that platform with other people, that's power with. Who gets to speak on that platform gets a little bit of glory and strength and power. That's where you go toward narcissism. I don't believe they are the church. So we want to be involved in transforming church cultures to Tov...and the odds are against us."
