What Makes a Brand Different From the Competition?

i think one thing that wasn't making any difference was the industry. Yes, in some specific cases it's important to have domain specific knowledge but that's something you can learn. The different thing was the size and stage of those companies. So with getere, i joined, let's say at the second round of hires. They did a hackaton, and my team game in second and i was there to get hired. And i was up front anonwith that right after the competition. I said, when should we expect some kind of a job offer? That worked out fine.
