How to Notice When You're Leaning Into Te

Every time they go uphill, we have the opportunity to notice whether or not they're leaning into te and overchallenging their knees. When a slope gets steep enough that you can't walk up it heel to toe, you then start to notice you need a slope that that steep. It's that level of noticing that protects you from overstretching your achilles and injuring yourself. And just a couple of repetitions of this downhill, and and they've nailed a non breaking, non impactfall, downhill run.
