How to Write a Formal Letter

The student wrote my doctor said regular rhinitis spray could alleviate symptoms when the seasons change. Instead of saying like you would to a friend say oh my doctor has informed me that regular exactly right and the rest could be the same. One mistake any time you're writing something think about like am I writing like I speak then it's informal because that's the advice we give for general training students writing informal letters.
