I'd say, okay, here's what I want you to do. And then depending on their fitness and stuff, would be something like two to three days a week. It is not gonna cure anything. It's not the end all. But if you had to take any of those things out of the picture, it wouldn't be me. Like, no, the main ingredient is that we're gonna work on these things and figure out a way to do it in a sustainable way.
