The Florida Legislature Proposes to Continue to Defund the Florida Public Schools

The Florida legislature is proposing to transfer $4 billion of money out of public schools throughout your program into private schools, including private schools run by religious freaks. The Republicans want to create safe spaces for themselves by finding you $35,000 if you call them a racist or accuse them of discrimination. There's another piece of legislation that bans majors and minors in college in gender studies. They want to abolish the Florida Democratic Party because it once supported slavery in the 1800s.
