I think sometimes in this role, when you bring someone out of industry, they can be more effective. I know loads of industries that put pulling people from retail into service based businesses to see it from the customer's point of view. So how effective the person is and how much you trust them and having a keen commercial eye are two key factors for success. And what I think you're doing is both. You're like the general, the captain and the sergeant. Every now and then two days a week, you're actually a soldier as well. Yeah, just can't be done like that.
