Is It Fair to Say That Comparison Has No Value?
Rajeev Srivastava: I'm very dark-skinned, even amongst my cousins. And a lot of times that when I was growing up as a little girl, one of the things that you want to be is beautiful and pretty. So, there was always comparisons, not just with respect to your professional pedigree but also with respect to how you look in comparison to others. That was something that I had to kind of break out of in order to feel fulfilled in my work and her life.
