The Impact of DNS on Virgin's Website

Virgin's DNS servers came under some kind of sustained attack and that took them down. This had knock on effects because Virgin's own website was wobbly. Some people who use VPNs on their, um, Virgin connection were fine as obviously that be routes the DNS effectively. But changing DNS server settings on your device temporarily is a good idea to do.
